Swim 4 All - Our Values

We aim to have the best Learn to Swim Program, along with the best Learn to Swim Teachers.

Swim 4 All has a specially designed ten level Learn to Swim program and a further six level squad program for our mainstream swimmers. This program has been developed over 20 years to include all the important water safety and swimming skills each child should achieve at each given level.

Swim 4 All also specialises in private classes for swimmers with additional needs. Our Murrumbeena Pool is used primarily for these classes on weekends. Our Werribee pool has a purpose-built pool and disability changeroom to cater for our inclusive program.

Many of our staff learnt to swim at Swim 4 All and have returned to share their skills and knowledge. Newer teachers are trained by these more experienced teachers before taking their own classes. Swim 4 All has a caring approach with all staff working together to help every child reach their swimming potential.

Swim 4 All teacher’s monitor the swimmers progress continually marking skills off online. Deck supervisor’s overview each child’s progress to ensure continual progress and continuity across all our classes. Parents can view their child’s progress online and can print certificates for the levels achieved.

All three Werribee pools use a three phase disinfection system including UV, Ozone and sand filtration. Mineral salt chlorination is also used for softer water gentle on the skin. The Murrumbeena Pool uses mineral salt chlorination also.

The plant room at our Werribee centre, has been extended to accommodate new filters which are 4 times bigger than the previous filters.

There are 2 large filters and two large pumps on each pool, providing excellent filtration and redundancy.

Larger pipes were installed underground at Werribee, allowing for faster, more efficient filtration.

Swim 4 All has an easy-to-use swimmer management system accessible by teachers, receptionists and parents via phone or computer. Parents can cancel upcoming lessons, book makeup classes, make payments, and view swimmers progress directly through the online portal.

Small class sizes

Our little swimmers will never have more than 4 students per class. This gives each child quality time with their teacher. Teachers aim to keep the class active the whole lesson minimising time spent waiting for a turn. Semi-private and private classes are also available for additional needs swimmers, adults or those just wishing to fast track their progress.

Make-up classes

Swimmers who cancel through the portal with over 24 hours’ notice for an absence are granted an automatic makeup class. If a class needs to be cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, management can still grant a make-up when a doctors certificate is provided. There is no limit to the make-ups accrued and they do not expire. Makeups can be transferred to another family member enrolled also.

Pool Space

With ample space allotted to all classes there is room for all swimmers to complete the skills and distances to reach their swimming potential.
